Crockpot BBQ Chicken Onion Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
• 18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce {1 bottle}
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 6 ounces French Fried Onions {1 package}

Instructions

• Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
• After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
• In a small mixing bowl, combine BBQ Sauce, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
• Pour sauce mixture over the chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.
• Transfer to dinner plates, and top with a generous serving of French Fried Onions for some power-packed flavor and added crunch! {oh YUM!}
