So we have a Raspberry Cheesecake in a Jar recipe for you to try today. First of all, we love serving the cheesecake as individual servings in tiny mason jars.
While the cheesecake filling is a little tart and sweet, the pecan crust adds a delicious depth. Certainly different than a graham cracker or any other type of crust you’ve tried. So Happy Valentine’s Day!!! Above all, enjoy your no bake cheesecake!

Raspberry Cheesecake in a Jar Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pecans finely ground
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 6 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 12 ounces. Fresh Raspberries washed and dried.
- 2 teaspoons Sugar {Agave Nectar can be substituted}
Instructions
- Place ground pecans in a bowl. Add melted butter and sugar, and combine well.
- Transfer mixture in bottom of mason jar and pat down.
- Place in refrigerator and refrigerate while working on the cheesecake filling.
- For the Cheesecake Filling, place Cream Cheese, Yogurt, Vanilla and Powdered Sugar into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides and blend a couple more seconds.
- Remove crust from refrigerator and add cheesecake filling. Return to refrigerator for 3 or more hours to firm up.
- For the Raspberry Sauce, place berries in blender or food processor, add Sugar and puree. Taste, then adjust sweetness to your liking with more Sugar if you'd prefer.
- When ready to serve, remove cheesecake from refrigerator and pour the raspberry sauce on to top of the cheesecake. YUM!
