Candy Cane Cake Mix Cookie Recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 box Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {16.25 oz.}
  • 1 box Candy Canes {approx. 12}
  • ½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
Instructions
  1. Unwrap candy canes and place in gallon freezer bag, zip, then roll and crush with rolling pin. Once crushed, set aside in small bowl.
  2. Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  3. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  5. Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  6. Cool on cooling racks.
  7. Once cool, frost with your favorite white or cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes. ENJOY!!
