  • 15.25 oz. Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. Cinnamon
  1. In Large mixing bowl, combine Cake Mix, Eggs, and Oil, and beat well.
  2. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. After dough has chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. In small bowl, combine Cinnamon and Sugar, and mix well.
  5. Carefully shape dough into 1 inch balls, then roll around in Cinnamon-Sugar mixture until well coated.
  6. Place dough balls on ungreased non-stick cookie sheet, allowing room to spread.
  7. Flatten dough by pressing down slightly on top of each dough ball using the bottom of a glass.
  8. Bake for approx. 7 – 9 minutes {or until done}. ENJOY!!
