Carrot Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies Recipe!
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix {15.25 oz.}
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Your favorite homemade or store bought Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  2. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  4. Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  5. Cool on cooling racks.
  6. Once completely cool, frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
  7. You can even add some fun sprinkles or I topped with these carrot marshmallow cupcake toppers found in the Easter aisle at Walmart! ENJOY!!
