  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 11 ounces Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Morsels {1 bag}
  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  3. Stir in Butterscotch Chips.
  4. Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  6. Bake for approx. 7 – 9 minutes, or until done.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire cooling racks to finish cooling. ENJOY!
