An easy trick when baking is to simply swap out the Canola Oil in a recipe for Greek Yogurt!

If a recipe calls for 1 cup Oil, simply use 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt instead!
Or… if you’re not ready to go full fledge yet… you can start gradually, too! So rather than 1 cup Oil, you could use 1/2 cup oil + 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt + 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt. It’s such an easy way to give your favorite baked goods a healthy makeover!
Note: this substitution trick works best with Cakes and Brownies.
