Kat says
How would I make this if I’m at work all day? Would I add all of the ingredients and cook on low? Or cook chicken only then add other ingredients when I get home?
Linds says
I want to cook it while I’m at work 8-5. Could I leave at 8 with it on low?
noemi says
Same question. should I add anything to the chicken? Like water so it won’t dry out?
Heidi says
Hi Noemi ~ no need to add anything else into the crockpot. Water isn’t necessary, as the chicken will stay moist as it cooks in the juices it releases. Enjoy!
Jen says
Why can’t I pour all ingredients together at the same time? How does the chicken have anything to cook with?
Heidi says
Hi Jen ~ the chicken will cook in it’s own juices it releases. If you pour the sauce in at the beginning it will become very watered down and will alter the taste of the dish. I drain the juices and add the sauce at the end for a thicker more delicious end result. Hope that helps! 😉
