Crockpot Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
- 21 ounces Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup {2 cans 10.5 ounces each}
- 14 ounces Mushrooms Pieces Drained {2 cans, 7 ounces each}
- 1 ounce Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix packet
- ½ cup French’s Onions
Instructions
- Cook Chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot
- Mix together drained Mushrooms, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Onion Soup Mix, and French Fried Onions.
- Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.

We used off brand onion soup mix and campbells cream of mushroom soup. I added a little water because I was going to be away at work all day, but I put everything together and cooked it on low for 9 hours and it was amazing! A little too salty for us, so the next time we went with the “heart healthy” that had a little less sodium, and only half the packet of onion soup mix. We added the french fried onions a half hour before serving like in the recipe. This was so great! Definitely our favorite meal now!
