On the hunt for another simple and delicious Crockpot Chicken Dinner?

Add a little Southwest flair to your dinner menu this week with this easy Crockpot Santa Fe Chicken Recipe!  It takes just a few minutes of effort, and tastes delicious!

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 -5 Boneless, Skinless chicken breasts {thawed}
  • 1/2 White Onion, Sliced
  • 2 cans Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Soup
  • 1 can Diced Green Chiles {7 oz.}
  • Crockpot

What You’ll Do:

  1. Cook chicken and sliced onions in crockpot on high for 3 hours {covered}
  2. After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot
  3. Mix together nacho soup and green chiles.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.
  5. Serve with a side of rice… or shred and serve with all the fixins for tacos, or wrapped up in burritos. YUM!
