Easy Cheesy Pasta Casserole Recipe
- 1 Package Rotini or Bow Tie Pasta {approx. 15 – 17 oz.}
- 1 jar Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce {15 oz.}
- 24 oz. Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce {I use about ¾ of the 32 oz. jar}
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack shredded cheese {or use an 8 oz. bag}
- Thinly Sliced White Onions {optional}
- Prepare pasta per instructions on package.
- Pour ⅓ cup of the Tomato & Basil sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 ceramic or glass casserole dish, and spread out as an ultra thin layer.
- Once pasta is done, drain pasta and pour ½ of pasta into the baking dish {on top of the Tomato & Basil sauce you just added}
- Then pour ½ of the Tomato & Basil sauce that is remaining evenly over the pasta.
- Pour ½ of the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pasta.
- If you’ll be adding in the optional chopped white onions, just sprinkle them in as a thin layer now.
- Then pour in the remaining pasta and spread out evenly.
- Repeat with another layer of both sauces… evenly pour over the pasta the remaining amount of Tomato & Basil sauce.
- Then evenly pour on the remaining amount of Alfredo sauce.
- Top with an even layer of shredded cheese over the casserole.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve… and ENJOY!
- You can even top with a little Parmesan cheese!

Christie says
I make something very similar only I fry hamburger and add the onions and red sauce to that. Then after the noodles are done, I add the white sauce to them. I layer them with the red mixture on both bottom and top and then top with shredded cheese. Sometimes instead of the white sauce, I use my cheese mixture from my lasagna and make a quick lasagna casserole.
