Hi Hollye, Josh from SavingStar here. What sort of problem are you having? Please note that each store posts the savings to your account on a different schedule. Currently, Homeland posts at 30 days. Thanks, Josh

Hey Josh, thanks for the quick reply. I actually just signed up for SavingStar and had just heard from some friends that their savings weren’t posting when they made purchases at Homeland. They probably aren’t aware that the savings aren’t posted immediately and haven’t been patient enough.

I’ve had a saving star account for over two months and never received any credits to my account. I shop at Rainbow Foods my first use was 5/23 and still nothing. If you can get it to work it sounds like a nice concept.

Hi Rachel, SavingStar eCoupons will work whether or not you combine them with other services’ coupons, but they are not intended to be used this way. Manufacturers typically have policies limiting use to 1 coupon per purchase, but it is up to each shopper to follow these policies. Using “store” coupons are not a problem. Hope that helps! Thanks, Josh
