Hmm… make sure you use all caps on the code. You can also try copying and pasting the code. Or… sign out, then sign back in and copy/paste the code at checkout. Hope that helps!

OK, tried your last trick and that worked. You (at least I) have to log out and then back in, in order for the discount to apply. No idea why, but it apparently works.

The site says that promo expires june 17 of 2009! When you click on special offers, it isn’t there as a freebie…baby announcement cards are the freebie. This could be why some are having a problem.

I too was having the same problem and contacted Kodak. They suggested logging out and deleting temporary internet files. I did this and it worked perfectly!

Even though it’s still June 17, it says it’s expired. It’s 2:50pm in Hawaii. Did it expire before midnight EST? Mine is still sitting in my shopping cart … just in case.
I contacted customer service, and they gave me a $5 credit! That took care of my shipping costs. I was only responsible for the tax … 17 cents. It literally PAYS to ask for help!
