I’m really tired of the Walgreens in Memphis, TN. They come up with something new everyday. They told me I could not do the B1G1 Purex deal and the other told me they could not accept internet cpns at all anymore. Uggh!
I know. The walgreens by me (also in Memphis) said they will only take one printable coupon!
Someone is supposed to be calling me back concerning 2 Memphis stores that I normally go to…will keep everyone posted with any info I get….I go to the one on Summer Ave at Perkins and also to the one on Summer Ave at Highland. Peaches, which do you go to here in Memphis?
I go to Poplar and Reese (that is where the cashier told me about the one printable coupon policy). But I have also had trouble at the Summer and Perkins one. They told me only one register reward could be used per transaction. Poplar and Reese had always been great to me until now!
the mangrs from both stores called me back and assured me that they do accept internet coupons as long as they do not appear on their fraudulent cpn list and that they do adjust the price if a coupon amount is greater than the price of the item…for example a $2 coupon for a $1.50 item. I had been told no they wouldn’t adjust them but I was assured today that they would. I did get another contradition though…mngr steve from summer/perkins said that if you purchase item from a b1g1 sale using a b1 g1 cpn then you must pay for 1 item and you will get 2 free,so a total of 3 items in all. He said he called corporate concerning this. But mngr john at summer/highland said he agrees with the rite aid policy of you only pay the tax although he did say he had never done this before. …So still iffy and wishy washy lol…but ask for them if you have any problems and you’re in one of these 2 stores. Good luck…hope this helps

How did you get 90 cents? What did I miss?
I do not see where the Airwick oil refills are on sale. Could this just be an area thing or am I missing something?
Why are the managers of these stores so back and forth and worried you might get a good deal at their store. If you are doing it correctly and using the coupons in order, so what if you get something for free. They are lucky to have shoppers at a store they work at so they will have jobs. In times of money worries why deny anyone the right to a good deal if they research and work it out to their advantage. Why are they worried you are are getting something they are not?
