I don’t think all Walmarts do the same thing re: prices and sales. I don’t ever recall seeing $1 boxes of Kotex at Walmart and I’ve read you and another blogger I think share this info. Would be nice tho.

Wal-mart prices can vary ~ and some prices are regional. If your Wal-Mart does not carry the small $1.00 packages, the coupons can also be used on the $1.00 packages of liners. {if your store carries those}. Many stores do, but I know at least some in Southern California unfortunately do not.
