So, if you’ve already done a offer with them before that you have canceled, can you do this again?
Any idea when I should cancel? Should I wait until I receive the coffee or cancel right away (so I don’t forget)? I don’t want to cancel too soon and not receive my order, though.

If you still have an active account with Gevalia, you won’t be able to do another order.
The site will let you know whether or not you’re eligible if you try placing an order.

When I ordered my coffee maker with them, I called to cancel right after I received it.
If you call too soon, you may not receive your coffee and mug.

I tried to do it but when I select which flavors I want the drop down box to choose the state in which I live disappears.
Hit Submit or Continue or whatever it said. Then it will tell you to enter your state and you’ll be able to. It did the same thing to me.
