Target will allow you to price-match if you bring in the circular right? Does this include BOGO deals? I ask because I have a Revlon coupon that is only good at Target.

Starbucks is NOT counted as part of the buy $20 get $10 deal. At least it's not at my Indy store. I asked a manager about it and she confirmed. I told her if that was the case, CVS needed to make ads that were not so deceiving.
