Stuffed Turkey Sandwich Recipe ~ Put Your Leftovers to Use!

I’ve shared this tasty sandwich recipe before, but wanted to share it again! If you’ve got some yummy leftovers in your fridge, here’s a great way to put them to use!

Thanksgiving is such a wonderful time of year to reflect on our blessings, and everything that we’re thankful for!

I love the special food that makes an appearance… the turkey, the cranberry sauce, and yes… the stuffing! Now, if you’ve got some Thanksgiving leftovers to put to use, I’ve got just the thing!

A big thanks goes to reader Andrea for providing the inspiration behind this recipe. Here’s what I came up with…

Stuffed Turkey Sandwich

What You’ll Need:

  • Sliced Bread {shop your bread outlet for the best deal!}
  • Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Jellied Cranberry
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing {I love the Whole Wheat Chicken flavor!}
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Turkey {put those leftovers to use!}

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare stuffing on stove top or in microwave per package directions.
  • Spread cream cheese on bread, then add a layer of prepared stuffing.
  • Top with sliced jellied cranberry, turkey, and lettuce.
  • There you have it… a delicious Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich! ENJOY!!

This definitely wins the award for tastiest sandwich ever! It honestly tastes like Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich… scrumptious and delicious! Give it a try, and see what you think!
