The other day I did similar spices & pan fried ‘em… actually it was St. Patricks day, you got me in the mood for Corned beef so I made sandwiches & potato wedges! I will have to try this recipe though… yum!

Ooh, that looks delicious! We do something similar, but cut them really thin and eat them as oven fries. Who doesn't love a good potato recipe?! Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi Lucky ~ we're actually in Arizona {although originally from Washington State ~ Seattle area}.

Up in Washington, they are even sold at grocery store deli's as "Jo Jo's"

For the homemade hashbrowns, I peel the potatoes, cube them, grill them up in some butter, and stir in plenty of Red Robin seasoning… mmm ~ yum!
