I think that Wal-Mart has gotten to big for their britches. The cashiers act like I am taking money out of their pockets when I use coupons. I will do anything not to shop at Wal-Mart. I live in a very small town with a Wal-Mart, Dollar General and Foodland, but I travel to the next large town just so I don't have to go.

Please call 1-800-Walmart and complain about these issues! I was told by our local walmart that the cashiers simply need more education about coupons and if we call 1800walmart and complain they will provide the training!

I've never had a problem getting walmart to honor prices, but with coupons they are a pain in the butt. One store I went to said that they won't take internet coupons unless they are printed in color. I was astonished, but I didn't feel at all bad when I told the cashier that if she didn't take my coupons then I will go to one of the five other equally priced grocery stores that will, and they even double them, then I left my heaping cart of groceries, which she had already bagged, and walked away. How ridiculous.

I have noticed that when they are busy is when you are more likely to have more trouble with coupons! I shop and always use coupons and have noticed that unless it's a straight forward coupon then Wal-mart is more likely to give you a hard time. I'm starting to think that they don't really like to take coupons at all. My next thought it to try this price matching policy of theirs to see how hard it is to get them to match pricing.
